Returns Policy
How can I return an item?
UK consumers have statutory rights (rights protected by law) to return items that are faulty. There are also statutory rights to return certain goods purchased online, known as cancellation rights.
In addition, Bestnst Shop offers returns under our Change of Mind Policy, allowing you to return eligible products within 14 days of purchase.
This policy applies to the following product categories:
Refund Information
All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
If mixed payment methods were used, refunds will be processed in this order:
Gift Card (if applicable)
Cash on Delivery (refunded via bank transfer)
If a discount code was used on the order, the discount amount will be applied proportionally across all items.
Refunds will only be issued up to the amount actually paid and will not include any savings from discount codes.
Your Statutory Cancellation Rights (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2022, if you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (or from receipt of the last item if delivered separately).
If you cancel:
You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will refund the item cost including standard delivery charges once goods are received.
A deduction may be made if the item has been used, damaged, or packaging is incomplete.
Your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items are not affected.
Exclusions
Unless faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cannot accept returns for:
Personalised or custom-made items
Items that have been installed or used (especially bathroom-related products)
Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging with all parts included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Without proof of purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under our Change of Mind Policy.
Returning a Faulty Item
If your item is faulty:
Within 14 Days
Return with proof of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
After 14 Days
We will repair or replace the item. If not possible, a refund will be issued.
After 6 Months
You may need to show the fault existed at delivery. If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or offer a partial refund based on fair use.
Delivery charges are refunded only if the entire order is faulty.
