Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (selected locations only)
- All payments must be completed in full before dispatch, except for Cash on Delivery orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected delivery areas only.
How COD Works
Customers may select Cash on Delivery at checkout (where available).
Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
Only cash payments are accepted unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure the correct payment amount is available at delivery.
Order Confirmation
COD orders may require phone or email confirmation before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a COD order is refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from the same customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Refunds for COD Orders
If a refund is approved for a Cash on Delivery order:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Customers must provide accurate bank details.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Cash refunds at the door are not available.
Payment Security
All online card payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store full card details on our servers.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
