Code may have an expiry date.

Only one code per customer.

Birthday Discount Offers

Available to customers subscribed to marketing emails.

Code must be used within the validity period stated in the email.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Back in Stock / Apology / Special Email Discounts

Valid only for recipients of the specific email.

Code must be used before expiry.

Not transferable.

Product Review Gift Card Draw

Where we run a product review prize draw:

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary (unless otherwise stated).

One entry per person unless specified.

Winner will be selected at random.

Winner will be contacted via email.

If no response within 7 days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Competition & Survey Prize Draws

For competitions or survey-based promotions:

Entry requirements will be clearly stated.

Closing date will be specified in the promotion.

Winners will be selected fairly and notified by email.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility.

Minimum Spend Promotions

Returns & Promotions

If you return items purchased using a discount:

The refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

If returning part of a qualifying order causes the remaining order to fall below a minimum spend requirement, the discount may be adjusted.

We are not responsible for:

Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries

Technical failures affecting participation

Incorrect email addresses provided by participants

Bestnst Shop reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any promotion in the event of fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
