Returns & Exchange Policy
Bestnst Shop purchase. However, if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items within 14 days of purchase under our Change of Mind Policy.
Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at checkout.
For online purchases where mixed payment methods have been used, refunds will be processed in the following order:
Credit/Debit Card
Cash on Delivery (if paid in cash, refund will be issued via bank transfer)
The discount amount will apply proportionally across all products purchased in that order, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Where any refund is given, this will be up to the amount paid for the order only and will not include any amount saved using a discount code.
Please Note, Items Must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)
Include your Bestnst Shop receipt or order confirmation
Without a Bestnst Shop issued proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange under our Change of Mind Policy.
