How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received tracking information, please contact us with your order number.

You may cancel your order:

Before dispatch: Contact us immediately for a full refund.

You may cancel under your 14-day cancellation rights. The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs may apply.

 What if my order is cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The item is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors occur

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 Can I find out when a product will be back in stock?

We cannot guarantee restock dates for products such as:

  • Portable Fan
  • LED Night Light
  • Desktop Cooling Fan
  • Desktop Wellness & Decor
  • Bathroom Organizers

For selected items, you may have the option to sign up for back-in-stock email notifications.

 Where can Gift Cards be used?

Gift Cards can be used for purchases on the official Bestnst Shop website.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return:

  • Contact us at admin@bestnst.shop
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Follow the return instructions provided

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

 How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer
  • Bank processing times may vary.

 I have only received part of my order. When will the rest be delivered?

Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates.

If your remaining items do not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

  •  I need a replacement. My order is damaged or faulty.
  • If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault:
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos

We will offer a replacement or refund according to your statutory rights.

All payments must be completed before or at delivery (for COD orders).
