How much does delivery cost and when will it arrive?

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high demand.

Delivery dates: Can I choose a specific day?

We currently do not offer nominated day delivery. Orders are dispatched as soon as they are processed.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Some deliveries may require a signature depending on the courier. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.

When will I get my order?

You will receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email (if available).

How will I know my items are on their way?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This may include tracking information.

Incomplete order: When will the rest arrive?

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates. Remaining items should arrive within the original delivery estimate.

Missed delivery: What happens next?

If you miss your delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions to reschedule or collect the parcel.
If the parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.

Can I change delivery details after my order is placed?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery details. Please contact us immediately.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Is international delivery available?

Delivery availability depends on your location. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Large item delivery

Portable Fan, LED Night Light, Desktop Cooling Fan, Desktop Wellness & Decor, and Bathroom Organizers.
Room-of-choice delivery is not available. All items are delivered to the main entrance of the address provided.
