Do you offer Click & Collect?
This time, Bestnst Shop operates as an online-only store. We currently do not offer a Click & Collect service.

How do I cancel my order if I change my mind?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately to request cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may cancel under your 14-day cancellation rights and return the item once received.

There is an item missing from my order. What can I do?
Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels. Please check your dispatch emails for multiple tracking numbers.
If you believe an item is missing, contact us with your order number and details of the missing item.

There is a damaged item in my order. What can I do?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

How can I return an order?
To arrange a return, please contact admin@bestnst.shop
 with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Will my order be packaged?
Yes. All orders are securely packaged to help protect items during transit.
