 Statutory Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase goods from us online or by phone, you have the legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

You may cancel:

From the moment you place your order

Up to 14 days from the day of delivery

If items are delivered separately, 14 days from receipt of the last item

 Returning Items After Cancellation

If you cancel under these Regulations:

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us

You are responsible for return shipping costs

We will refund the item cost including standard delivery charges once the goods are received

We may reduce the refund amount if:

The item has been used

Parts are missing

The product or packaging has been damaged

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrectly described goods are not affected.

 Exclusions

The cancellation right does not apply (unless faulty, damaged, or not as described) to:

Personalised or custom-made products

Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

Bathroom-related items that have been installed or used

All returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 Returning a Faulty Item

If your item is damaged or faulty:

 Within 30 Days

If a fault develops within 30 days of delivery, return the item with proof of purchase and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

After 30 Days

We will repair or replace the faulty item. If this is not possible, you will be entitled to a refund.

 After 6 Months

You may need to prove the fault existed at the time of delivery. If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or offer a refund (which may be reduced to reflect fair use).

Please note:

Delivery charges will only be refunded if the entire order is faulty or damaged.
